About Dom:
- Hey there! I'm Dom — also known as Dom the Lizard — a self-taught 3D artist with a passion for customizing VRChat avatars and breathing life into digital identities.
- I’ve spent countless hours learning the ins and outs of avatar creation specializing in Substance Painter 3D and Unity.
- I specialize in modifying, adjusting, manipulating, adding to and fixing all forms of assets. If it can be worn, styled, or transformed — I’ve probably done it.
- Whether it’s clothing, accessories, shaders, or full model reworks, I’ve built up a toolkit and workflow to bring most designs to life.
- What started as a fun hobby has turned into a full creative outlet where I help others express themselves online through fully personalized avatars.
- Outside of avatar work, I’m a huge fan of digital art, gaming, and all things creative and weird. I’m always looking for new ways to improve and push the limits of what I can do.
- Simple work for textures is anything without emmissions, metalic reflections or overly complicated patterns. Simple work for Unity is any project not being adjusted for Android and PC, anything that doesnt have a Fur Shader, or anything that doesnt have non programed assets or custom shapped and custom fitted clothing.
- I use either Paypal or Cashapp, and no one will ever be demanded to pay for their commissions until the work is assembled and ready for upload. If you refuse to pay, the avatar will simply not be uploaded. If at any time you want to cancel please let me know with a good amount of notice prior to your avatar being finished. I will provide as many frequent updates as i can during the project.
